Medtora ApS is a unified clinical platform designed to support modern clinical studies and healthcare projects through secure, compliant and scalable digital infrastructure. The platform enables patient engagement, clinical data management and operational workflows, including eConsent, data capture, secure data exchange and regulatory compliance.
We collaborate with selected partners who wish to include Medtora as part of their own service offerings. Our partners typically support pharmaceutical companies, clinical studies, healthcare initiatives or research projects and use Medtora to enable secure, efficient and compliant digital processes across the clinical lifecycle.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between active and inactive projects?
Active projects are projects where participants and the company have access to the Medtora platform and relevant study materials. During active projects, participants can take part in surveys, tests and other clinical activities. The company has full access to the project and can manage users, including internal employees, external users and caregivers, in accordance with the project setup. Commissions are paid on active projects.
Inactive projectsare projects where participants no longer have access to the platform. The company retains limited access to data and materials solely for the purpose of meeting GDPR and EHDS compliance requirements. Commissions are not paid on inactive projects.
How are commercial terms handled in the partner program?
Medtora invoices customers directly for use of the platform. Partners receive a fixed commission for each active project, as defined in the partner agreement.
Commissions apply only while a project is active and for a limited period, as specified in the partner agreement. If a project becomes inactive or is removed from the platform, no commission is paid for that project.
Partners do not need to handle customer invoicing, payment follow-up or administrative tasks related to platform usage.
How and when are partner payments settled?
Commissions are paid 30 days after Medtora has received full payment from the customer. When this period has elapsed, partners will receive a reminder email enabling them to submit an invoice for the exact commission amount.
