Designed for structured ePRO and eCOA data capture.

ePRO

(electronic Patient Reported Outcome)

Medtora supports electronic collection of patient reported outcomes through project based surveys. Within each project, companies can create surveys that are made available to participants as part of the defined project workflow.

Participants complete surveys through the platform using a laptop, tablet or mobile device. Survey responses are captured and associated with the relevant project and participant profile, ensuring that collected outcome data remains structured and traceable.

Companies can access collected responses through reports and statistics, providing an overview of patient reported outcomes at project level. Medtora is designed to support consistent and structured ePRO data collection within a controlled environment, enabling transparent handling of outcome data while keeping participant workflows simple and aligned with the project setup.

eCOA Data Capture

(electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment)

Medtora supports web based eCOA data capture by enabling electronic collection of clinical outcome assessment data through defined project activities, such as surveys. In this context, eCOA refers to electronic capture of outcome data collected within a structured project workflow.

For each project, activities are configured using Start day and End day rules. These rules are calculated per participant based on completion of the previous activity, allowing participant specific time windows without the use of fixed calendar dates. This supports consistent and protocol aligned data capture across participants.

The platform provides real time visibility into activity status through Participant Status, showing whether activities are completed on time, due, or overdue. Timing evaluation is based on actual completion timestamps, enabling transparent assessment of outcome data capture in relation to the defined activity window.

Audit logging and integrity controls support traceability of activity completion and submitted data. Questionnaire definitions and participant submissions are protected using cryptographic hashing, ensuring that collected outcome data can be verified and has not been altered after submission.

Medtora is designed to support structured and controlled eCOA data capture in an online environment, providing rule based timing, participant level traceability, and secure handling of outcome data as part of the overall project workflow.
